CHAD NOTMAN: Tractor Operator
Chad grew up in the Franklin district 'pretty much in an onion paddock’ on his family's cropping farm.
He has been with ST Growers since 2010 and likes the ‘family vibe’ of the company.
His role covers the planting and harvesting of the crops, including tractor work, some spraying and machinery maintenance.
"Cropping is in the blood, since I was four years old. I would like to move into more of a managerial role in the same field in the future," said Chad.
In 2013 Chad received his best Christmas present ever when ST Grower staff restored a John Deere 6620 tractor and presented it to him as a surprise!
